YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT AT THE FESTIVAL

If you prefer overlooking the campground to staying on it, rent one of the limited on-site luxury villas or suites just a short walk from the main festival area. Each villa or suite reservation comes with VIP festival passes, dedicated parking and resort amenities—giving you a private, comfortable home base for the weekend.

A PLACE TO GATHER AND UNWIND

Luxury suites sleep two to four, depending on the room you select, and luxury villas sleep up to six. Choose from floor plans that may include king and/or queen beds, spacious living areas, fireplaces, a kitchen or kitchenette and a private patio or deck overlooking the festival grounds—all just steps away from the music.

SPECIAL ACCESS TO THE OASIS

Villa and suite guests receive access to the Oasis Pool & Fitness facility, featuring a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, showers and poolside bar. It's the perfect place to recharge between hikes and other adventures before the music kicks off each night.
