SHIPPING AND RETURNS
GETTING YOU THE GOODS
We ship Fort Desolation products by USPS Priority Mail, and usually within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. We’ll send you an email with your tracking number when we ship your order.
We calculate shipping rates the old-fashioned way, based on the weight and dimensions of your package.
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY—SO FAR
We’re just getting going, friends, and we want to have our stuff together in the U.S. before we branch out into any other countries. (But we’re coming for you, Australia.)
We get it. Sometimes you order the wrong size or that color doesn’t look good on you after all. We accept returns on all full-price items in unworn, brand-new condition within 30 days of purchase. We’ll refund your original payment method, minus your original shipping costs and a $10 return handling fee.
HERE'S HOW THAT WILL LOOK
- Make sure the item is in brand-new condition
- Click the button below to start your return and get your return shipping label
- Package up your return and apply the return label we provide
- Drop your package at a U.S. Post Office
- If everything looks good when we receive it, we’ll approve your return*
- We’ll refund your original payment method, minus your original shipping costs and a $10 return handling fee and send you an email once that’s processed
- You should see your refund on your original payment method within 5-7 business days
*What if we don’t approve your return?
That would bum us out, too. So please make sure your item is in perfect condition before you ship it back to us. Otherwise, you may be paying for us to ship it right back to you again.

Every once in a while, a flaw slips by unnoticed. If you’re not into that sort of thing and happen to receive a faulty Fort Desolation product, email us at Hello@FortDesolation.com with your order number and a photo of the defect and we’ll get it sorted out.
We don’t accept returns on items purchased on sale. But in rare cases we may allow a sale item to be returned for store credit only. Email us at Hello@FortDesolation.com if you want to discuss it.
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. Just return the original item and reorder it the way you want it. Which is basically just the long version of an exchange.
